Information you submit

When you apply or contact Caliber K9, you may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, location, and information about your dog, training goals, and prior training. Behavior or medical context is optional; please do not include government identifiers, financial information, or other sensitive details that are not needed to discuss training.

How it is used

Caliber K9 uses application and contact information to evaluate fit, respond about training, coordinate the requested service, protect the form from abuse, and keep an operational record of the conversation. Microsoft Azure services provide website hosting, application storage, and email delivery. Google provides the Caliber K9 business mailbox. Optional Google Analytics measurement is used only after you choose to allow analytics.

Optional analytics

Analytics is optional. The site loads Google Analytics measurement only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Before that choice, and after you choose “Use necessary only,” the site does not load the Google tag or send measurement requests. If you allow it, the site sends allowlisted page and interaction events with the path only; it does not intentionally send names, contact details, form answers, application references, query strings, or URL hashes.

You can change your choice at any time. Use “Change analytics preferences” in the footer. The control appears when analytics is configured for the canonical website.

Public reviews widget

The home page may load a public Google reviews widget provided by Elfsight. When it loads, Elfsight and Google may receive technical information needed to display the widget, such as your browser, device, network request, and the page address. The widget displays public reviews and is not used to collect application answers. It may use browser storage or similar technologies according to those providers' settings. Security and retention

Technical controls help limit form abuse, keep notification status separate, and avoid storing network addresses. Caliber K9 does not sell or rent applicant information. Application records and related business-mail copies are retained for up to 12 months. Operational logs may be retained for up to 30 days, and short-lived abuse-prevention hashes for no more than 48 hours.
