It started with my own dog
A passion that became a purpose.
My journey into dog training started with my own Rottweiler. I hired a police officer to help me train him, and quickly fell in love with the process.
I started showing up early to class, watching others train, asking questions, and learning everything I could. I got two more dogs so I could keep training.
I worked with several top trainers, taking what I loved and leaving what I didn’t. I invested in books, courses, and mentorship, but the best teacher has been time in the game.
Over the last 10+ years, I’ve trained more than 750 dogs. Every one of them has shaped the trainer and the program I use today.
Home is where the training happens
Real life. Real results.
I started training in traditional facilities and saw the same problem—dogs would look great there, but the results didn’t hold up at home.
That disconnect is exactly what I set out to change.
Your dog lives in my home, not a commercial kennel. They are part of our daily routine and experience real life every day.
Dogs are crated when appropriate for rest, safety, and structure—just like they should be in your home. But the majority of their day is spent training, exploring, and learning how to handle real-world situations.
Our philosophy
We build dogs, we don’t break them.
Too many programs are too short, too easy, and focused on making dogs look obedient instead of building confident, reliable companions.
We don’t rush. We don’t take shortcuts.
We build dogs through structure, consistency, and real-world exposure so they can make good decisions anywhere life takes them.
Your dog becomes a reflection of our work.
That’s why we never cut corners.
Our commitment to you
Support that never stops.
Training doesn’t end when your dog comes home. Dogs change, mature, and life happens.
We’re here for it all.
All clients receive follow-up support, whether you live down the street or across the country. We offer virtual coaching, continued guidance, and if a situation ever calls for it—we’ll get on a plane and be there.
